My story so far
Over the last decade, I have founded and operated start-ups in fast-paced industries, navigating the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and helping teams thrive under pressure.
But along the way, I experienced the weight of burnout and my own mounting personal traumas.
That’s when I realised: success isn’t just about building businesses—it’s about building sustainable lives.
So, I decided to redirect my focus. I immersed myself in studying neuroscience, and became a certified meditation and pilates teacher. My mission became clear: to help others create resilience and happiness through science-backed mental wellness practices.
Today, I’m still working closely with start-up teams and founders, an educator of mental wellness, and the creator of Happy Lucky, a newsletter that shares actionable strategies for a happier, luckier life.
When I’m not teaching or writing, I’m studying, experimenting with new wellness practices, reading, cooking, or walking my dog.
