Setting boundaries is one of the most important things you can do for not only your physical wellbeing, but mental, emotional, and energetic health.

Boundaries create space in your life so you have freedom to prioritise yourself, ensure healthy relationships, and feel safe and secure in your body, mind, and community.

Growth often feels like a paradox: as you step into alignment with your highest self, parts of your environment—relationships, habits, even your own thoughts—may feel out of sync. This dissonance is natural but can be emotionally taxing.
