MODULE THREE
Forgiveness:
Release & Growth
RESOURCES / BOUNDARIES / MODULE THREE
Reframe forgiveness as an act of personal liberation, allowing you to move forward without carrying the weight of the past.
The concept of forgiveness
Forgiveness is often misunderstood as condoning harm or absolving others of responsibility. In reality, forgiveness—especially the act of energetic release—it frees you from the emotional grip of past experiences.
Forgiveness is not for the offender; it’s a boundary you set with yourself to reclaim your peace and energy.
The three types of forgiveness
Exoneration: Fully restoring a relationship after genuine remorse.
Forbearance: Moving forward with some reservations.
Release: Letting go of the emotional burden without requiring the offender’s acknowledgment or apology.
Release: Forgiveness on your own terms
When setting boundaries and reclaiming your own self-worth it is important to release the hold certain people or situations have over you. In this sense, release is a form of forgiveness you process internally, with no need to restore relationships or accept apologies.
This process remains entirely yours. There can be genuine forgiveness of a situation, or simply a release of that situation in your own mind to allow you to grow and prosper.
You deserve to live in peace and abundance no matter your situation. Release is a boundary for your own self-worth.
This exercise will help you energetically cut ties with a person or situation that is dominating your emotions. Explore this exercise in a safe and quiet place, and be gentle on yourself.
